Simbahöllin Coffeehouse
We are based out of Simbahöllin coffehouse, in the center of Þingeyri. Simbahöllin is located in an old grocery store from 1915, which we restored and converted into a coffeehouse and cultural venue. Most of the original shop interior is still intact today. We serve quality coffee, tea, cakes, soups and light meals. Our Belgian waffle with homemade rhubarb jam and cream has become legendary!
We are open daily from mid-May through mid-September. Stop in to take a break from your road trip, have a coffee with friends, or relax after a ride out in the valley.
